The free site visit journey moves high-intent visitors into a dedicated booking page at externalwrap.ie/free-site-visit. The page embeds the scheduling app, handles responsive iframe height updates, and gives ExternalWrap a cleaner route for consultation requests than a plain contact form.

AI Assistant

Wrap AI is presented as an always-available chatbot tab across the site. It opens in a sliding panel, loads the chatbot only when needed, and keeps the visitor on the ExternalWrap page while they ask insulation, grant, process or suitability questions. It sits in the same practical AI workflow family as the LaraWeb Agentic Capabilities service.

Outcome

The finished site gives ExternalWrap.ie a stronger enquiry path: visitors can understand the insulation offer, get help from the AI assistant, call directly, or book a free site visit through slot scheduling without leaving the conversion journey.
